From these woods comes a new idea of pizza, as thin as the air in the mountains. Denis Lovatel takes inspiration from the very place where he grew up.
A long research through taste, led us to create a unique pizza, which – already at Da Ezio family restaurant – won several international awards and now it continues to gain consensus and important awards with Denis – Pizza di Montagna project.
